I know, I just wouldn't expect an ENJUNEER to refer to a swing stage as a scaffold. That kind of imprecision can result in 50,000 being mistaken for 6,000.

One of my cousins is working on a job site in the Pelham Bay area of the Bronx, putting up scaffolding.
